I MISS BUYING CDS....my perfect day in 2001

I miss the smell of unwrapping a new CD's from CIRCUITTTT CITTYYY!!

OMG feels like a lifetime ago... I remember spending hours listening to the tracks in the store before settling on the one album with the songs that I liked the most. No one could beat Britney Spears and Madonna for me, I remember skipping out on purchasing Michael Jackson's Invincible album. Anytime I had money, I'd run for RITMOLATINO OR RADIO SHACK (DESPERATE CAUSE THEY WERE EXPENSIVE THERE).

Karina, my sister-cousin (we call it "primas hermanas" in spanish), she would take me to AMOEBA OR RASPUTIN

TO GET DISCOUNTED CDS/USED AND WE'D MAKE IT A DAY AFFAIR. MOST TYPICALLY, WE WOULD END UP AT MAC, SAMPLING ALL THE LIPSTICKS AND EYELINER.

I miss malls, cd's, SANRIO, villa (food court), the only boba around was QUICKLYYY OMG, the electronic section at best buy in 2001 was top tier...
